1. Your Digestive System
Pregnancy will hamper your digestive system so that the body’s ability to absorb nutrients will decrease. Let alone entering last trimester where the growth of the baby is getting bigger, causing pressure on the intestines of pregnant women. 4. Leg Cramps
Leg cramps occur anytime and do not rule out at night so that it disrupts your sleep. Leg cramps occur due to fatigue experienced by the muscles in the leg area due to weight gain during pregnancy and also due to enlarged blood flow from the legs. If you experience cramps while sleeping, you can try foot massage or by soaking your feet in warm water. There are also those who suggest waking up first then taking a walk for a few minutes to deal with the cramps you experience.
5. Woke up because you wanted to pee
Waking up in the middle of the night to urinate is also your habit during pregnancy. As your baby grows, it will put pressure on the bladder, allowing you to have a habit of urinating during pregnancy. Make sure to pee before bed. It’s a good idea to use a light sleeper so that the bedroom does not disturb you and minimize several possibilities such as falling and tripping. Try not to wake up immediately, but have a little pause before you get out of bed.
