The emergence of health problems when consuming foods that taste sour will also trigger disturbances in the fetus. For example, when the mother consumes too much acidic food which causes the mother to experience diarrhea and interferes with the mother’s appetite, this will affect your fetus if it lasts a long time. Try to eat acidic foods when you eat breakfast. Consumed on an empty stomach will result in an increase in stomach acid.
