The presence of a baby will be increasingly clear and the motherly instincts of a woman have begun to appear. Mothers-to-be, will be more vigilant and more careful in carrying out every activity every day, this is because they feel impatient waiting for the sound of their baby’s first cry being born into the world.

When the gestational age reaches 8 months, the most common thing for expectant mothers to do is count before the mother hears the cries of a baby born into the world for the first time. Considering that pregnancy is a period that is both thrilling and happy, it is very important to maintain and pay attention to the condition of our pregnancy in order to stay healthy, this is only realized to participate in maintaining the condition of the mother and the fetus are healthy. Now, meanwhile, to maintain a healthy pregnancy condition, you pregnant women need to take every step very carefully.

You must always remember that pregnancy is a condition in which you are not only responsible for your own health, but also have an important role to play in maintaining a healthy growth of the fetus. 1. Stress

Stress conditions can occur in various types, both physically and mentally. To have a healthy baby, you also have to know all the ways to avoid and overcome when stress comes. Try and try to always make everything you face more enjoyable. The emotions you feel will be passed on to the baby, so when your mood is not good or you feel stressed, this will also affect your baby.

2. Take a Long Journey

When your pregnancy has entered the age of 8 months, then you have to remember that the birth period is approaching and your baby can come out at any time. So, to avoid all bad possibilities from happening is to avoid long trips. In addition, you should also avoid long trips, because this will be very tiring and make you and your baby unwell.

3. Diet

Diet or reducing food consumption is something you should avoid. During pregnancy, choosing to go on a diet is certainly not a wise thing. Instead, you need to consume vegetables and fruits that are rich in protein, calcium and iron which are essential for the health of mothers and children. 4. Spicy Food

Spices are good for consumption, it’s just limited to a certain amount. Avoid consuming spicy foods during pregnancy, especially when the pregnancy has entered the third trimester. Because spicy food will disturb your digestive system. When digestive system disorders are disturbed, not only will you feel pain, but you will also feel anxious and not feeling well. Which this condition will be dangerous for the baby who is developing in your womb. For that, avoid consuming spicy food for your health and the fetus in the womb.

Those are some things that must be avoided when the gestational age has entered the age of 8 months. By knowing some of the things above, it is hoped that you can maintain a healthier pregnancy childbirth process later it can run smoothly.
