In addition, obesity actually puts your baby’s health at risk. Most babies born to obese mothers experience disorders such as birth defects, including neural tube defects (NTDS), namely birth defects in the brain and spine. Babies born prematurely or with injuries such as births because the baby is too big. Death is one that most threatens your baby when the complications of being overweight or obese are already serious. The possibility that might happen is experiencing obesity in childhood which can lead to obesity in children. Even though obesity threatens you and your baby, dieting while pregnant is not recommended because it will interfere with the health of you and your baby. During pregnancy, healthy food intake is needed for the development of your fetus.
Weight gain can be considered normal if it is in the range of 5-10 kg during your pregnancy.

You can do healthy movement to maintain the health of you and your fetus, such as taking yoga classes or pregnancy exercises. In addition, it turns out that those of you who are obese before pregnancy will increase the risk of experiencing additional obesity during your pregnancy. It is recommended that you diet before your pregnancy so as to reduce the risk of additional obesity that interferes with your pregnancy.

You can do a healthy lifestyle in ways like consuming food healthy and Sports. There are actually a lot of healthy foods, but you also have to realize that not all foods are categorized as healthy and some even should be avoided, such as junk food. During pregnancy you are also advised to do sports that can provide benefits for you and your fetus. Exercise does not have to be heavy and long, but routine and regular so that you can get the benefits. You can start pregnancy consultations in the first week of your pregnancy. It is very important to get additional information about your baby’s health from the midwife or doctor. You can know the development of your fetus, thereby minimizing the worst possibility of the problem of being overweight or obese.
