Avoid using large plates or bowls as food containers. Because by using a large bowl or plate when eating, you tend to take large portions of food because the large plate size makes you more free to eat portions.
4. Avoid watching TV while eating

7. There is a lot of food in front of you

When there is a lot of food in front of you, you tend to be tempted to taste it, which in the end can make it lose control until you get dissolved into eating an excessive portion of food which can eventually become a habit.
