Seven out of ten pregnant women claim to be able to fast in the second trimester without any health problems by maintaining nutritional intake when breaking the fast and suhoor.

3. Third Trimester

In the final trimester, the fetus undergoes a process of organ refinement, especially entering the eighth month where weight growth increases, this is the most important time for you to complete the fetal nutritional needs. At the end of the pregnancy, in the third trimester, the baby’s face is facing downwards, so you are ready to wait for your baby’s presence. Emotional changes are felt at this time, especially when you are anxious about childbirth, try to keep your anxiety to a minimum so that it doesn’t cause stress besides the energy you have to prepare to face your labor.
