Proper nutrition for 15 months of babies

The nutrients needed by babies are basically the same type, but according to increasing age, the nutritional needs of babies are more diverse with portions that are slightly more than the previous month. At the age of 15 months, carbohydrates can be obtained from bread flour, rice, macaroni and potatoes. Carbohydrates function in producing energy for baby activities. The protein that you can produce from milk, meat and nuts has a function in forming organs and nerve cells. Fat is needed even in small portions. Can be produced from margarine or coconut milk for absorption of vitamin A and a source of energy. Vitamins and minerals as a tool to accelerate the body’s metabolism. Vegetables and fruits are very common in producing various vitamins that the body needs. Even at this age, your baby can adapt to your family’s diet, when eating alone, don’t give food too hot or cold. Besides being able to make your baby startled and vomit, so that the tongue becomes irritated especially considering the baby’s tongue is still very sensitive. You can serve the menu with a spoon and garfu to stimulate his skills while eating so that he recognizes the cutlery. Use a plastic fork to keep it safe.

Meal menu for 15 months of age

A. Breakfast

material :

  1. 1 chicken egg
  2. 5 tablespoons fresh liquid milk
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 3 spoons of chopped beef
  5. 2 spoons of button mushrooms
  6. 3 spoons of margarine

How to make :

  1. First mix the eggs with milk and then stir until evenly distributed
  2. Heat a skillet and add margarine, then mix the eggs and milk in scrambled and set aside
  3. Heat margarine and saute meat until change color and set aside
  4. The last one is sauteed mushrooms with margarine until smooth
  5. Combine all the ingredients that have been sauteed with warm rice

B. Healthy snacks

Banana Pancakes

material :

  1. 1 plantain
  2. 5 spoons of flour
  3. 125 ml of milk
  4. 1 egg
  5. margarine to taste

How to make :

  1. First, mix all the ingredients except margarine, stir until evenly distributed
  2. Heat the margarine then
  3. To make the pancakes, you can pour one spoonful until done until the ingredients run out. Serve it just before lunch or in the afternoon to energize your baby.
