Even so, the pros and cons of giving fish oil to children often occur, one of which is because fish oil does not support intelligence, right? In a study conducted in Spain, it was stated that there was no difference between children who consumed fish oil and those who did not consume fish oil when pregnant women.

Even so, this study confirms that the need for DHA must still be maintained during pregnancy. The research conducted in Spain emphasizes that pregnant women do not have to consume fish oil to make their children smart and optimize their brain development but should be balanced with a diet containing omega 3.

By consuming foods that contain omega3 in the long term is more beneficial. You can prepare for your pregnancy by consuming nutritious foods, one of which is sufficient for omega3. In improving the growth and development of babies, especially intelligence, it is influenced by several factors, including genetics, nutrition and stimulation. So in other words, it doesn’t just rely on intake from fish oil consumption.

So that the provision of fish oil is basically necessary but must pay attention to other things related to the intake of other food ingredients. You can give fish oil to your child supported by stimulation for brain development both from the family environment. Try to eat fish that have omega3 directly for a long time. Having a smart child is a dream of parents, your support to stimulate brain development is needed, especially at the age of your child.
