  • 2 bay leaves

  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 2 pandan leaves

Peanut sauce ingredients:

  • 275 ml of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of table salt
  • 2 garlic cloves boil first
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 100 grams of fried peanuts
  • 2 boiled dry red chilies
  • 5 red chilies, boil first
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar

Fried Vermicelli Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of brewed vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoon for stir fry
  • 1 spring onion, cut 1/2 cm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Softened seasoning:

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 eggs brewed, roasted

Dry Tempe Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of long cut tempeh, fry first
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 large red chilies, discarded, sliced ​​oblique
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing
  • 1 cm galangal crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamarind water
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar, comb

How to Make Delicious and Healthy Family Breakfast Uduk Rice

How to Make Uduk Rice:

  1. This first step we will start by making the uduk rice first. It’s just that beforehand, make sure that you wash the rice thoroughly and evenly.
  2. Well, when it’s finished, please boil the coconut milk along with other spices such as bay leaves, cloves, pandan leaves and lemongrass. Then add the rice then stir all of these ingredients evenly until they are completely absorbed.
  3. Next is to steam the rice in a rice cooker or pan for about 30 minutes until it cooks evenly. Let stand and set aside for a while.

How to Make Peanut Sauce:

  1. Henceforth we make peanut sauce. The trick is to prepare a pestle and smoothener and put in it all the ingredients except vinegar and hot water.
  2. Blend all the ingredients you put in a pestle and make sure the nuts and other spices are perfectly smooth.
  3. Then remove and enter hot water and vinegar into it. Stir all these ingredients evenly.

How to Make Fried Vermicelli:

  1. To make this dish, it can be done by smearing the vermicelli that has been brewed using sweet soy sauce and stirring evenly then set aside.
  2. Next, please saute the ground spices until fragrant and add the fried onions. Stir all these ingredients evenly.
  3. Add the vermicelli and season with salt. Stir all these ingredients and cook until cooked evenly.

How To Make Dry Tempe:

  1. To make dry tempeh, sauté the garlic spices and add the bay leaves, galangal along with large red chilies. Stir all of these ingredients until they smell nice.
  2. After that, add tamarind water, brown sugar and salt. Stir all these ingredients evenly until thickened.
  3. Enter the tempeh into it and stir again until all these ingredients are mixed. Then cook all of these ingredients until cooked and absorbed.

After the rice is cooked, serve it on a plate and enjoy it with the complementary ingredients that have been made.
