Cravings are, of course, a term that refers to a condition in which a woman who is pregnant wants something that she may not have felt and has not encountered before. Pregnancy and cravings are, of course, two things that we cannot separate. When you are pregnant, of course a strange desire will come by itself. No wonder the desire for food and any object is the most special thing. However, when you have cravings, the food or object you want is often a dangerous cause for the health of pregnant women. Cravings are indeed not uncommon and also not uncommon for pregnant women.

Cravings are synonymous with the wishes of pregnant women who are completely irrational. This is because sometimes the desires don’t make sense. Cravings occur in pregnant women starting from the first trimester. Even cravings become a wish for pregnant women that need to be considered properly. There are several myths that say that pregnant women who have cravings but are not fulfilled, will cause some bad effects on their babies.

Of course, cravings are quite natural considering the hormonal and emotional changes that occur in pregnant women. These hormonal changes will certainly cause a change in desire in pregnant women. Of course, hormonal changes in pregnant women will be more sensitive, including the desires of pregnant women who always want to be noticed. So, is it true that all desires during cravings must be fulfilled?

Cravings are mandatory to fulfill if those desires are perfectly normal. However, if this desire is not reasonable it can even endanger the health and development of the fetus. So, don’t make cravings something that must be fulfilled right away. If pregnant women want food and drink, choose foods and drinks that are not prohibited for pregnant women. The food that pregnant women want, of course, must be controlled first, not to overdo it, which is not good for your health later. Holding every desire is of course something you have to do. The fact is that pregnant women need various nutrients and nutrients that are needed by the body. When pregnant women want unhealthy foods, it would be nice for mothers to present themselves so that they crave types of foods and drinks that are healthy and not less delicious than other food menus.

For example, when pregnant women are pregnant and also have cravings for ice cream or other foods. Better to turn your attention to frozen yogurt or fresh fruit juice. Of course, the resulting taste will be healthier and taste no less delicious than ice cream. If you want sweet foods and drinks, of course you can anticipate it by eating whole wheat bread, cereals, and biscuits which are certainly healthier for you.

In addition, pregnant women also need to know that eating foods that have nutrients and nutrients will have negative effects on pregnant women. Of course, when we are pregnant and also have cravings, make sure to meet the nutritional needs and nutrients that are really needed by pregnant women.
