1. Body Weight
Women who exceed normal weight during pregnancy will have twice the risk of leg swelling compared to women with ideal body weight.

How to Get Rid of Swollen Feet in Pregnant Women?

1. Exercise regularly
Pregnant women can start morning activities by exercising that is safe for the mother and the fetus, for example walking. In addition to helping deliver labor, exercise will help reduce the risk of swelling in the legs.
2. Using Comfortable Footwear
Narrow footwear will interfere with blood circulation to the feet. So that you will be at twice the risk of experiencing swollen feet during pregnancy. Use comfortable footwear, no risk of sprained feet and the right size.
3. Drink lots of water
Water will help in smoothing the fluids that have accumulated in the feet, but it is also good for digestion. It is recommended that you consume 8 glasses of water every day.
