As for if you forget to bring an umbrella and make your body rain, you should immediately take a shower and wash it so that it can reduce unclean rainwater which contains pollution particles causing your immune system to decrease.
2. Warm lemon and honey
Flu can occur during the rainy season, one of which causes the health condition of pregnant women to decline and is easily lethargic. To avoid the flu which is often accompanied by a sore throat, you can consume warm lemon and honey so that it can soothe the sore throat.
3. Maintain Cleanliness and Hand Health
Some of the dangers that can be caused by rainwater are the higher spread of germs and bacteria so that pregnant women should be aware of diarrhea. So that in avoiding it you can wash your hands using soap frequently, at least before eating, after handling pets and after urinating and defecating. By getting used to washing your hands will reduce viral and bacterial infections that cause illness.
4. Get enough rest
Take your rest time during the day, conditions that are too tired and make you depressed will increase the risk of health problems especially in the rainy season. By giving a break of about 20-30 minutes during the day, you can return to make your body fit, for those of you who have a busy office you can take a break from your office routine for 10-15 minutes in between your activities and make your body relax.
