1. Make it a habit to be diligent in brushing your teeth

One way to avoid dental complaints is to keep your teeth clean. Diligent brushing is an action to keep teeth clean. Get used to brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day, including after eating and adding it at night. Brushing your teeth at night before bed is the best time to get rid of bacteria and food debris that will accumulate and develop when you sleep.

2. Consumption of Milk With High Calcium

Consume milk with high calcium but low fat. Calcium content is very important that the body needs for the growth of bones and teeth. With age, human teeth become more brittle and cavities easily. However, by increasing the consumption of milk with high calcium content, it means that it helps maintain healthy teeth and prevents cavities. For consumption of this milk, you can enjoy it at breakfast or when doing activities that are so heavy and require a lot of energy. In addition, drinking milk before bed can strengthen bones and teeth.

3. Water consumption

The damage that occurs to the teeth generally comes from the buildup of acid that eats away at the roots of the teeth. This acid content can be neutralized by saliva or saliva which contains special minerals that can repair teeth. But unfortunately, when the body is dehydrated, saliva will not be produced properly, when saliva production is not enough, there will be no mineral content that can neutralize the acid content in the teeth, which if this happens, cavities will not be able to. avoided. Normal body condition, requires 8 glasses of water per day. This amount is to replace lost fluids. Because usually a person loses about 2 to 3 glasses of water through regular breathing and one glass through sweating. In addition, if you add the fluids that come out in the bathroom and physical exercise, then the amount of 8 glasses is the size needed by the body to replace it.

4. Avoid consuming soda

Apart from making fat, soda content is also known to be able to damage teeth. The part of the teeth that will be damaged when consuming too often soda is tooth enamel. It is better not to underestimate this problem because your lifestyle is more important. Because when tooth enamel is damaged, this will have an impact on the thinning of the tooth layer which makes it more brittle and prone to cavities.
