Maybe so far what we understand about the great danger of hypertension in the body is a lurking stroke. However, what most people question is what actually happens when someone has a stroke and how hypertension can trigger a stroke in the body?

Basically a stroke is damage to cells and the nervous impulse system in brain cells. Where this condition occurs due to the cut off of the blood supply to the brain. This cut off from the blood supply occurs as a result of pressure high blood pressure.

As we know that the brain will need very large amounts of oxygen intake. In fact, up to 70 percent of the body’s oxygen needs are in the brain’s working system. Dementia

The next problem that may be encountered in the brain due to hypertension is cognitive impairment. Those with the blood supply to the brain which is constrained will tend to experience problems which have become known to the layman as stuck head. This term relates to a patient’s decreased analytical ability.

In addition, the impact of this condition will probably make the sufferer experience decreased speech, the ability to translate and understand information that has decreased, the ability to combine words and other thinking skills are reduced.

Usually the condition of this complaint is related to the unfulfilled blood supply to the part of the brain that is experiencing problems. Where if it is not immediately addressed properly, the advanced condition that will accompany this condition is the onset of Alzheimer’s which will be difficult to overcome.

So pay attention again to regulating the hypertension that you are currently experiencing. Lifestyle and dietary arrangements that will be useful to help you control the size of high blood pressure that rises from time to time.

In addition, control the intake of salt into the body so as not to overdo it. As we know, excessive sodium intake in the body can be one of the factors that triggers an increase in blood pressure in the body.
